SNA - Automatic horizontal sandblasting

- The structure of the cabin is realized in steel plate with a strong thickness and with electric-weld structural shape for support, carefully double hand-painted in grey RALL 7032 and yellow RALL 1028.
- Ample counter for inspection of the dimension of mm 550 x 750, placed on the frontal side of the cabin; this counter is necessary to forward the necessary maintenance operation of the spray guns; this counter is provided with a visualizer window in special temperate glass highly resistant to grinders actions that allows a perfect and constant visualization of the operations.
- Internal back wall of the box, protect against the abrasive actions by covering anti-abrasive rubber.
- N° 2 external platforms en entry and exit zone L = 1500 mm for loading and unloading of sheet glass, each platform is equipped of containment dust cowl with antiabrasiva rubber barrier, Feeds box under the cabin and under the two platform, with good permits a good slippery quality of the abrasive that can be recycled from the spray guns.
- In the going out zone is sited a cowl with blowing air blade for the cleaning of the pieces of glass in going out.
Piano of support of sheet glass realized by policord belts from 6 mm of diameter, 30 mm distant one from each supported and pulled by rolls.
- N° 2 photoelectric cell; one placed to the entry of the box for the reading of the glass in entry and one placed at the end of the going out platform for avoid the crash of the glass.
- The sandblasting machine is equipped with n° 5 (five) automatic spray guns and n° 1 (one) manual spray guns with trigger.
- The handling of the spray guns happened by robot, placed on the top of the cabin, at numerical control, adjustable in height, and advance speed of up and down.
- The installation is equipped also in unloading zone from one air compressed spray gun for the cleaning of sheet glass.
- Electrical panel installed on the outside lateral part of the sand-blasting cabin, it contains all keyboard and relative display necessary for the easy and fast programming of the work, and checked from internal PLC SIEMENS.
- Fit separator cyclone to the transport and selection of the abrasive.
- Automatic air dust collector for the dejection of the dust cloud of sandblast picked up by n° 4 filtering cartridge equipped with of dust harvest container.
